Plus Series metallic casing diaphragm pumps are our premium segment pumps. While all the sections of the pump that come into contact with the fluid are made of metal, parts such as Air Inlet Cap, Pilot valve repair kit, Bottom bracket, Inner caps, Air valve repair kit and Muffler are also made of metal to ensure high strength.  In addition, the metallic muffler decreases the noise level of the pump significantly more than conventional mufflers to meet occupational safety standards at the workplace.

Pro Series metallic casing diaphragm pumps are our economy segment pumps. While all the sections of the pump that come into contact with the fluid are made of metal, parts such as Air Inlet Cap, Pilot valve repair kit, Bottom bracket, Inner covers, Air valve repair kit and Muffler are made of plastic to ensure high affordability. It provides the same performance and capacity as the Plus series.

Diapump Plastic Casing Pumps provide different solutions with a wide range of products for chemical, dye, textile, food and treatment industries. Aside from Polypropylene, Fiberglass Polypropylene and PVDF casing options, different solutions can be provided to our clients with elastomers such as PTFE, Santoprene, FKM, Epdm, BunaN, Neoprene.

All casing parts of Diapump Hygienic Diaphragm Pumps that come into contact with the liquid are made of 316L stainless material. As all couplings are of tri-clamp type, it is easy to clean and germproof. We use PTFE and EPDM diaphragms in our hygienic pumps. This ensures that all the surfaces the fluid comes into contact with are in compliance with food industry standards.

We double the outlet pressure (until 16 bar) of our Plus series diaphragm pumps by blinding one of the diaphragm sections of the pump and using it as a compressed air tank. The pump air supply is still the same with our other pumps (0-8,4 bar) and air consumption remains the same. There is nothing to be done additionally for the pump connection. This model range is especially efficient and preferred in Filterpress applications.

Our Heavy Duty Diaphragm Pumps ensure high performance with dense fluids. Due to the Ball and Ball bearings being positioned very close to each other in a tank, the pressure losses are minimized and quicker operation of the pump is ensured. Moreover, since the diaphragms are far from the inlet and outlet lines, the product's service life is longer. Additionally, since the valve kit is located in the upper section of the pump, this prevents fluid ingress into the valve in case of diaphragm bursts. Diapump is the first and only manufacturer of this pump in Turkey.

If you don't have a compressor at your plant or if you are using too many diaphragm pumps and your energy costs are high, diaphragm pump with electric motor is the right choice for you. We remove the casings of the air-operated diaphragm pumps and operate it with motor drive instead of air drive. This will allow you to save from energy costs for up to 80%.
